Creamy, luscious and delicate. Like silk sheets, lemon mouse and sweet summer shade.

Light straw yellow colour, beautiful and delicate perlage with numerous fine bubbles and persistence.

Fresh aromas of pear, green apple, banana and white peach white subtler notes of white flowers.

On the palate slightly sweet and creamy balanced by a nice acidity, gentle tingle from the bubbles, and a lemon sherbet finish with a bit of tropical fruit.

A juicy, balanced and harmonious wine. Not your typical Prosecco but nonetheless an excellent Choice!

Mozzarella with marinated anchovies, marinated fish, stuffed artichoke
